Growthopia FZ-LLC ("Growthopia," "we," "us") provides done-for-you short-form video content and distribution services to businesses. It applies to growthopia.io and to the WhatsApp, email, and phone channels we use to communicate with clients and prospects.

Growthopia FZ-LLC is a Free Zone company licensed by RAKEZ (Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone), registered at Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

Information we collect

We collect information in the following ways:

• Information you give us directly, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, and details you share through our website forms, onboarding forms, calls, or messages.
• Communications data, including messages, call recordings, and call transcripts when you speak with our team or message us on WhatsApp, so we can respond to you and keep an accurate record of our work together.
• Content and account access you provide for service delivery, such as social media account access needed to script, edit, and post content on your behalf.
• Website usage data, such as pages visited and general device and browser information, collected through standard analytics and advertising tools.

WhatsApp messaging

If you message us on WhatsApp or receive messages from us there, we process your phone number and the content of those messages through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform in order to respond to inquiries, coordinate client work, and send updates you have requested. We do not use your WhatsApp information for purposes unrelated to our services, and you can ask us to stop messaging you at any time by telling us so directly in the chat.

How we use information

• To communicate with you about your account, campaigns, and content.
• To send marketing and outreach messages about our services, where permitted, with the ability to opt out at any time.

We share information with the service providers that help us run our business, including messaging platforms (such as Meta/WhatsApp), our CRM and scheduling tools, payment processors, and advertising platforms, solely so they can perform those functions for us. We retain client and communications information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
